What means the Quota?

For the connoiseurs, probably the explanation is useless, but from our experience we have found out that lots of serious and experienced businessmen had problems in understanding the meaning of this term.

So we mention that the QUOTA here means a merchandise for which there will be paid no taxes in the country of destination. The dimension of the quota is given by the EEC Commitee, giving the possibility to the Romanian exporters to sell merchandise on the European market at convenient prices for both parties. This year the quota has been delivered to the various Romanian companies in accordance with Order 19C/2000 issued by The Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
